Outreach Introduction
Promoting paddlesport is the principal objective of the Club. Whilst many members have found the Club through the website or other media, we also promote the Club and sport through outreach activities. Some of our past and current projects are described in this section.
Promoting Kayaking Progression for Young People 2011
The Basingstoke and Deane kayakers won the team event at the Hampshire Youth Games after Basingstoke and Deane Canoe Club secured funding from Sport England and the Borough Council to promote kayaking for young people.
