In addition to insurance for the equipment the Club owns, we also have civil liability insurance and employers liability insurance through the Club affiliation to British Canoeing.
Please note that the civil liability insurance covers Club members engaged on Club activities. It does not cover Club members whilst paddling on private or non-Club activities. If members want cover for non-Club activities they should become should also join British Canoeing as an individual member to gain the benefit of civil liability insurance whenever they are paddling.
