All users of Colt Hill Clubhouse shall be made aware of the emergency operating procedures for the Clubhouse.
Fire
In the event of a fire:
- Exit the building by the nearest available fire exit: wheelchair users and others with limited mobility should use the main entrance.
- Congregate on the grassed area adjacent to the wharf.
- Notify the emergency services (999 or 112).
- Notify the Duty Manager
No person should re-enter the building until a responsible adult confirms that it is safe to do so.
Failure of Lighting, Structural Failure or Similar
In the event of a lighting failure, structural failure or similar:
- Exit the building by the nearest available fire exit: wheelchair users and others with limited mobility should use the main entrance.
- Congregate on the grassed area adjacent to the wharf.
- Notify the Duty Manager.

First Aid and Accident Book
A first aid kit is located in the main entrance lobby.
