Now we have taken over Colt Hill Clubhouse, the first job has been to install CCTV.
CCTV serves two purposes. Ideally it persuades anyone intent on nefarious acticities to go elsewhere where security is more lax. Failing that it will record what occurs and the recordings will be made available to the police.
Fine weather was ideal not only for mounting cameras but also to check that they were placed to get good resolution images of points of interest. The work took sufficiently long that we were also able to confirm that the night vision on the cameras was effective.
The other really important job for today was to get the electric kettle working!
