The Club has had an active group of white water paddlers since around 1990.
The Club runs a variety of white water trips:
- Informal day trips are arranged to venues such as the Nene Whitewater Centre.
- Weekend trips are arranged to white water rivers including the Dart, Barle, Exe, Usk, Wye and Tryweryn and occasionally to North Wales and Northern England.
- On alternate years we arrange a two week trip to the Alps where we have paddled in France, Austria, Switzerland and Slovenia.
Grading
To help paddlers assess which trips are appropriate for their standard of paddling we have developed a grading system for Club trips. Click here for details.
