A challenge for the Club is to ensure that we have paddling equipment suitable for and accessible to as wide a range of paddlers as possible. This page describes some of the equipment the Club uses to provide inclusive paddling.
Kayaks
- Kiwi 2 - two person open cockpit kayak. The open cockpit means easy access and space for extra support if necessary. Two people allows for either collaborative paddling by peers or a stronger paddler to support a weaker paddler.
- Sundance - single person open cockpit kayak. The open cockpit means easy access and space for extra support is necessary. A single person kayak means independence.
- Scooter - sit on top kayak.
